衞生還可以，每天都有收拾打掃，被子稍薄，還好有毯子，位置不錯，在一個比較安靜的小巷裡，但離古城又很近，街口過人行道就進入古城範圍了，幾分鐘。有個小院停車比較方便，但春節人一多停車就比較緊張，衹有停路邊上。避開節假日來玩應該還是不錯的，畢竟會理古城感覺還是小了點。

房間比較乾淨，位置距離古鎮很近，停車方便。設施稍顯陳舊，一次性馬桶墊是紙質的，居然還收費3元，用一次就爛了，最後還是用得自己帶的。還有一次性浴巾也是收費的。礦泉水4瓶，有兩瓶是收費的，千萬別開錯了。
